A FAMILY TRADITION SINCE 2010
Slow roasted over a Brazilian, wood-fired rotisserie grill, our prime cuts of meat are served tableside with perfect tenderness and flavor that will have you asking our gauchos for more.
In Brazilian tradition, a rodìzio is an all-you-can-eat style of restaurant where customers pay a fixed price, and waiters bring food to the table several times throughout the meal, with sides offered buffet-style. A churrascaria is a Brazilian steakhouse serving food in the rodizio fashion, where servers come to the table with knives and a cut of roasted meat on a skewer, and cuts slices of meat fresh for you.
Novilhos Brazilian Steakhouse carries on the rodìzio tradition, where our gauchos offer unparalleled service while delivering remarkable cuts of meat to go with over sixty salads and sides available at our Fresh Market table.
