A FAMILY TRADITION SINCE 2010
Slow roasted over a Brazilian, wood-fired rotisserie grill, our prime cuts of meat are served tableside with perfect tenderness and flavor that will have you asking our gauchos for more.
The Brazilian “churrasco” has been a tradition for generations in Southern Brazil, where gauchos (Brazilian cowboys) pierced large pieces of meat and slowly grilled them over open-flamed pits. The churrasco tradition has continued in our modern kitchen since 2010.
With a fixed price (rodizio) and this unique style of barbecue, Novilhos (no-veel-yos) features continuous service of sixteen selections of beef, chicken, pork, lamb and sausage, all slowly spin-roasted, preserving their natural flavors and textures.
THE CHURRASCO PROCESS
The generations-old Churrasco tradition is exemplified in our modern kitchen.
